Don’t think morals ethics whatever — think physiology. The amount of time you spend in a car vs don’t 40 minutes there, 40 minutes back, 1 hour or 2 stuck — indoors, ain’t worth it? 3-4 hours indoors & immobile? Even 2.5-3 hours stuck and immobile and sitting and sedentary — bad!
