Guidance on garage door replacement

One of my garage door opener logic boards went out, so I'm replacing both wither newer, belt driven openers. Before touching anything, I'm looking around and see this.. contraption that doesn't look safe nor sturdy. Each door opener is mounted this way. Porch progress update!

Thanks for all of the serious and humorous comments. I heard you and knew I needed to just suck it up and dig it out. Turns out it’s was just a piece a rebar in the middle and the concrete sub grade was just as bad so definitely needed to pull it all out. Pouring the new footing this afternoon.
