Read your newsletters in Inoreader
Inoreader gives each newsletter an email address of its own, and every issue arrives as an article next to the sites you follow. You read, search and organize newsletters the same way as the rest of your feeds.
See pricing- ProPro includes 20 newsletter feeds, and more are available as an add-on.
- TeamTeam and Team Intelligence plans include newsletter feeds, pooled across the team.
Keep newsletters out of your inbox
When you move a newsletter to Inoreader, it gets an email address that belongs to one feed in your account. You subscribe with that address on the sender's site, and from then on every issue arrives in that feed instead of your inbox. Your inbox stays free for mail from people, and the newsletters wait until you have time for them.
An address for each newsletter
Every newsletter feed has its own address, so newsletters never mix and you can stop one without touching the others.
Search across every issue
Search finds a sentence from an issue you read months ago, which no inbox does well.
Newsletters next to your feeds
Newsletters share one list with the sites, podcasts and channels you follow, and email digests can include them too.
Set it up in a minute
- Open Add feed and choose Newsletter.
- Give the feed the newsletter's name and create it. Inoreader shows you the address it made for the feed.
- Subscribe on the sender's site with that address, then confirm the subscription from the first email, which arrives in the new feed.
- Read the issues as articles. You can put the feed in a folder, filter it and add rules, just as with any other feed.
Use cases
A calmer inbox
Move every newsletter to Inoreader and keep your inbox for mail that needs an answer. You read the issues when it suits you, not when they arrive.
Industry monitoring
Filter trade newsletters for a competitor or a product name, and let a rule forward the matching issue to your team the same morning.
A searchable archive
Keep years of issues from the newsletters you trust in one place, where you can find any of them in seconds.
Unsubscribe in one click
Unfollow a newsletter feed and its address stops accepting mail, which is the quickest way to unsubscribe from anything. The issues you collected stay for 90 days in case you change your mind.
Frequently asked questions
How do I turn a newsletter into an RSS feed?
Create a newsletter feed in Inoreader and subscribe to the newsletter with the address it gives you. Every issue the sender mails then arrives as an article in that feed. The feed works like any other feed, and it has an RSS output if you want one.
Does the newsletter still reach my inbox?
Only if your own address stays subscribed as well. Most people subscribe with the Inoreader address alone, so their inbox stays clear and the newsletter waits with the rest of their reading.
Can I use one address for several newsletters?
You can, but one address per newsletter keeps them apart. Each newsletter then has its own feed, folder, filters and rules, and unfollowing one never affects the others.
Can rules and filters work on newsletters?
Yes. A newsletter feed is a feed like any other, so filters keep or hide issues by keyword, rules tag, save, forward or summarize them, and search finds them later.
What happens when I unfollow a newsletter feed?
Its address stops accepting mail. The issues you collected are kept for 90 days, so nothing is lost if you follow the newsletter again within that time. After 90 days they are deleted.
How many newsletter feeds do I get?
The Pro plan includes 20, and you can add more. Team and Team Intelligence plans include newsletter feeds, shared across the whole team.
