I bought 4 concrete blocks and allthread saddle things and they all fit in the hole kinda loose such that there is some wobble. Are you supposed to use adhesive when you get it set to desired...

After attempting to change the old pop up drain on our bath, the top of the new one sheared off while screwing it into the drain. How can I remove this? I watched a couple of videos and did a few aliexpress searches, I can’t seem to find the stress relief part of this MagSafe charger. I found many listings that are the complete wire replacement, while another video repurposed the old one by drilling through.
